Prior Written Acceptance Required
Referral eligibility and commercial alignment is strictly subject to written acceptance by Cloud & Commerce before introduction.
Clear Payment Clause
Referral rewards are only calculated and payable once the referred client contract is fully executed and C&C receives cleared invoice funds.
Minimum Qualifying Retainer Level
The program applies explicitly to qualifying retainers of at least £2,000 per month (excluding VAT) with a minimum initial contracted term of six months.
Three-Month Reward Boundary
Partner reward structures are limited specifically to the first three fully paid months of the initial signed C&C retainer agreement.
Full Client Stewardship
Cloud & Commerce retains complete ownership and sole responsibility for commercial operations, qualification steps, delivery standards, and client account structures.
